Last Friday 6th June, our pupils
from 5th grade went on a school trip .The aim of this excursion was to learn
about the origins of our city from the early ages. The guide spoke in English
all the time; so, it was a very challenging activity for our students. First,
we visited La Torre de l’Aigua, where
we were told about how the ancient citizens in our village got the water from
the river to grow their crops. After that, we went towards the river Ripoll to
see a water mill. Then, we visited Sant
Nicolau’s chapel, which was the first holy place in Sabadell, and, finally,
we walked back again by the river to enjoy the fantastic weather. Everybody had
a great time!!!
